
This happens because of the SCS duplicate feature. The duplicate feature prevents you from being billed twice for the same report. You need to contact customer service and request one person to be removed from the request. Double click on the report (or click FILE and then click CHANGE APPLICANT). Uncheck the bureau you have already pulled and check the other bureau(s) you need to request. Click OK and click DIAL to start communications for the request. The report price printed on the report will reflect the total price and is not cumulative.
